Industries Chimiques du Fluor Company held its annual Ordinary General Assembly meeting on Thursday 31/3/2022 in Tunis.
Where the General Assembly approved the report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2021 and the financial statements ended as on December 31, 2021.
The general assembly of shareholders also decided to approve the distribution of cash dividends at the rate of (3,700) Tunisian dinars for each share.
