The Arab Mining Company held its forty-seventh Ordinary General Assembly meeting on April 28, 2022, this was through the communication technology specialized in remote meeting. The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Eng. Mohammed Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Shehhi / Chairman of the Board of Directors, and in the presence of the General Manager of Arab Mining Company, Mr. Hassan Yassin Al-Takrouri. The meeting was attended by shareholders representing 98.85% of the company’s authorized and paid-up capital.

The General Assembly unanimously decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the results of the year 2021 at 5% of the capital.
