The General Assembly of Arab Mining Company held its forty-ninth meeting, chaired by His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors/Engineer Mohammed Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Shehhi, on Thursday, 06/27/2024, through the means of video communication technology specialized in remote meetings (ZOOM), in the presence of ten shareholders from Out of fifteen shareholders, representing 97.3% of the company's authorized and paid-up capital.
The General Assembly unanimously decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders at the rate of (5%) of the capital.
