His Excellency Eng. Mohammed Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Shehhi / Chairman of the Board of Directors met with His Excellency Dr. Saleh Al-Kharabsheh / Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources on Sunday, January 19, 2025.
During this meeting, ways of cooperation between the two parties in the field of specialized mining laboratories and new mining licenses offered by the Ministry were discussed. The latest developments regarding the memorandum of understanding signed between the two parties to explore for phosphate in the Risha area on the eastern border of the Kingdom, and for gold in the Jabal Mubarak area in Aqaba Governorate were also reviewed.
His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors was accompanied on this visit by Dr. Hassan Al-Takrouri, General Manager of the Company, and Mr. Taha Al-Khawaldeh, Director of the Investment Department.
