Arab Mining Company's Ordinary General Assembly held its fiftieth meeting, chaired by His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eng. Mohammed Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Shehhi, on Thursday, May 15, 2025, via video conferencing technology (ZOOM). Eleven of the fifteen shareholders, representing 98.39% of the company's authorized and paid-up capital, attended the meeting.
The General Assembly unanimously decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders amounting to 5% of the capital.
