The Ordinary General Assembly of the Arab Mining Company held its 51st meeting on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eng. Mohammed Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Shehhi, the meeting was conducted via the video conferencing platform Zoom. It was attended by ten out of the fifteen shareholders, representing 98.30% of the company's authorized and paid-up capital.
