Jordan Abyad Fertilizers and Chemicals Company

In December 2007, Armico contributed into JAFCCO with 10% of its capital which worth (29.86) million Jordanian Dinars.

In 31/3/2009, the Company increased its capital with an amount of 10.62 million Jordanian Dinars reaching 40.466 million Jordanian Dinars, while, in 2011, an amount of 10.630 million Jordanian Dinars, was increased over 10.630 million shares, raising its capital to 51.086 million Jordanian Dinars. The General Assembly of Jordan Abyad Company decided in 18/5/2014 to raise its capital by 12.445.650 Jordanian Dinars, reaching 63.532.050 million Jordanian Dinars as a result.  

The Company’s products and production capacity:

• Potassium sulfate 80 thousand tons/ year
• Hydrochloric acid, 96 thousand tons/ year – This is consumed to produce bi-calcium phosphate
• Dicalcium phosphate 15 thousand tons/ year
• Triple superphosphate 65 thousand tons/ year
• Calcium chloride 55 thousand tons/ year
• Sulfuric acid 132 thousand tons/ year -This is consumed for the production of phosphoric acid and potassium sulfate.
