The Ordinary General Assembly of Gulf Stone Company held its annual meeting on Wednesday 8/3/2017 in the city of Muscat under the chairmanship of Eng. Mohammed Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Shehhi, Chairman of Board of Directors.
Throughout the meeting, the company’s general assembly decided to approve the financial statements for the year ending on 31/12/2016. Also, they decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders at the rate of 10% of the capital with average (10 baisas per share).
