The General Assembly of Arab Mining Company held its forty-third annual meeting on 12/7/2018 at the new headquarters of Arab Mining Company in Amman - Queen Alia International Airport Road, headed by His Excellency Eng. Mohammed Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Shehhi / Chairman of Board of Directors and in the presence of shareholders representing 95.9 % of paid up capital.
The General Assembly decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders at a rate of 5% of the capital, and thus the total cumulative dividends distributed to shareholders amounted to 183.5% of the company's capital.
