Gulf Stone Company held its General Assembly meeting in Muscat

Gulf Stone Company held its Extraordinary General Assembly and Annual Ordinary General Assembly meetings on Thursday 19/3/2020 in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

Throughout the meeting, it was decided to amend the articles of association of the company in accordance with the requirements of the Commercial Companies Law.

Moreover, the General Assembly approved the report of Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2019, the report on the organization and management of the company for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/ 2019 and the auditor's report and approval of the balance sheet and profit and loss account for the fiscal year ending 31/12/2019.
