The General Assembly of Arab Mining Company held its forty-fifth annual meeting on 23/07/2020 through Zoom visual communication system, headed by His Excellency Eng. Mohammed Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Shehhi / Chairman of Board of Directors and in the presence of shareholders representing 98.4% of the paid-up capital.
The General Assembly decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders of 5% of the capital, equivalent to 10 million US dollars.
