The Mining Research and Development Company signed a memorandum of understanding with Al-Hussein Technical University, one of the initiatives of the Crown Prince Foundation, to launch the Arab Mining Industries Development Institute.
His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, met at his palace in Rumaila, His Excellency Eng. Mohammed bin Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Shehhi / Chairman of Board of Directors of Arab Mining Company (a joint Arab company) and Chairman of Board of Directors of Arab Mining Company - Fujairah.
At the beginning of the visit, His Excellency Eng. Mohamed Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Shehhi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Mining Company, welcomed Her Excellency Eng. Hala Zawati, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and her accompanying delegation at the Arab Mining Company. His Excellency, the Chairman of the Board of Directors described this visit as an important step to strengthen the company's relationship with the Jordanian mining sector.
