The General Assembly of Arab Mining Company 45th Annual Meeting

The General Assembly of Arab Mining Company held its forty-fifth annual meeting on 23/07/2020 through Zoom visual communication system, headed by His Excellency Eng. Mohammed Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Shehhi / Chairman of Board of Directors and in the presence of shareholders representing 98.4% of the paid-up capital.

 

The General Assembly decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders of 5% of the capital, equivalent to 10 million US dollars.

Based on the Arab Economic Unity Council’s resolution which was adopted on 06/10/1975, the Arab Mining Company was established in order to strengthen cooperative relations between Arab countries in terms of investing in mineral wealth. This resolution would result in diverse economic investments in productivity and development projects. This cooperation is essential for achieving economic integration between member countries to accelerate their development.

Industries Chimiques du Fluor I.C.F. held its annual general meeting on Saturday 18/4/2020 in Tunis. Where the General Assembly approved the report of Board of Directors for the financial year 2019 and the financial statements ending on December 31, 2019.

The general assembly of shareholders also decided to approve the distribution of cash dividends at the rate of (8) Tunisian dinars per share.
