The Company’s products and production capacity:
- Potassium sulfate 80 thousand tons/ year
- Hydrochloric acid, 96 thousand tons/ year – This is consumed to produce bi-calcium phosphate

Industries Chimiques du Fluor I.C.F.
Although the Company was founded in 1971, it began its commercial production in 1976. Located in Tunis, Industries Chimiques du Fluor is recognized as one of the largest international companies in fluoride aluminum production with a production capacity of 42,000 tons a year, exporting its production to most aluminum smelters around the world. Moreover, the Company also produces Anhydrite with a production capacity of 100,000 tons a year, where it is consumed by local cement plants while the rest is exported abroad.
The annual raw materials needs for the production of Aluminum Fluoride:
- Approximately 75,000 tons/square fluorspar (calcium fluoride (CaF2) Acid grade
- Approximately 42,000 tons/square Hydrated Alumina
- Approximately 55,000 tons/square Sulphuric Acid
