The idea of establishing “Mining Research and Development Company (MRDCO)” was introduced out of the objectives for establishing Arab Mining Company (a joint Arab Company) aimed of the development and evolvement of the mining sector and related industries in the Arab World.

The General Assembly of Arab Mining Company 43rd Annual Meeting
The General Assembly of Arab Mining Company held its forty-third annual meeting on 12/7/2018 at the new headquarters of Arab Mining Company in Amman - Queen Alia International Airport Road, headed by His Excellency Eng. Mohammed Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Shehhi / Chairman of Board of Directors and in the presence of shareholders representing 95.9 % of paid up capital.
Arab Mining Company participated in The 6th Fujairah Forum for Industrial Rocks and Mining and the accompanying exhibition, Emirate of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates
Based on the keenness of Arab Mining Company represented by the Chairman and members of its Board of Directors and the Executive Management to contribute to the development of the mining sector at the level of the Arab world in response to the objectives of its establishment, the company participated with a high-level delegation headed by His Excellency Eng.
