The General Assembly of Arab Mining Company held its forty-third annual meeting on 12/7/2018 at the new headquarters of Arab Mining Company in Amman - Queen Alia International Airport Road, headed by His Excellency Eng. Mohammed Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Shehhi / Chairman of Board of Directors and in the presence of shareholders representing 95.9 % of paid up capital.
Based on the keenness of Arab Mining Company represented by the Chairman and members of its Board of Directors and the Executive Management to contribute to the development of the mining sector at the level of the Arab world in response to the objectives of its establishment, the company participated with a high-level delegation headed by His Excellency Eng.

Mohammed Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Shehhi, Chairman of Board of Directors of the Arab Mining Company, attended the “Fujairah 5th Forum for Industrial Rocks and Mining and the accompanying exhibition” under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi - Member of the Supreme Council - the Ruler of the Emirate of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates on April 18-20, 2017 under the slogan "Our resources are good for our future".

The General Assembly of the Arab Mining Company, in its meeting held on 2/6/2016 Amman- Jordan, decided to approve the names of the shareholders’ representatives in the company's board of directors for its new session (2016-2019) as following:
